Owner Alliance Program   The Owner Alliance Program is designed to partner current horse owners with syndicated partners who can sustain all the future costs of training and caring for a horse, fully relieving the current owner from all future expenses. It is an innovative program designed to completely eliminate the current owner’s total expenses for owning a horse and to compensate the owner based on the income generated by the horse at the races.   Often, a horse owner finds themselves with a quality horse that they want to race, but can not afford the expenses associated with getting the horse to the races. Our solution is the Owner Alliance Program. It’s actually a simple program designed to immediately terminate all future costs that the current owner will face in training and caring for the horse. An owner entering into the program will have no future expenses whatsoever. In return for agreeing to partner with us, the current owner will receive fifteen percent (15%) of the net earnings of the horse throughout its racing career and fifteen percent (15%) of the net disposition value of the horse at the conclusion of its racing career – while under our ownership.   Suppose that an owner decided to enter into an agreement to participate in the Owner Alliance Program with Dream Team Racing Stable, LLC. Immediately upon doing so, Dream Team Racing Stable, LLC will assume all future expenses for the horse, so that the owner no longer has any expenses. Dream Team Racing Stable would take title to the horse and offer it for sale through a syndication process. The new owners will assume all future expenses and the previous owner can just sit back and enjoy the racing career of the horse and the checks that will follow.   In addition, and this is just as important, the previous owner would receive fifteen percent (15%) of the net proceeds of the residual disposition value of the horse. Say, we had a mare that we sold at auction as a broodmare prospect, after her racing career ended, for $200,000. The previous owner would be paid 15% of the net proceeds or approximately $25,000. The same would be true if the horse is claimed.   The advantages of the Owner Alliance Program can best be summarized as follows:   All expenses will immediately cease with the effective date of the agreement, which means you will never spend another penny on the horse. You will receive 15% of all net earnings of the horse. You will receive 15% of the net proceeds of the residual disposition value of the horse or the net claim price. You get to passively participate in the career and success of the horse. Your earnings potential will be unlimited and will be determined directly by the success of the horse. All the financial risk associated with getting the horse to the track is completely eliminated.
